In 1985, Zhongya Ink was established in Weitang Town, Suzhou City.
In 1995, Zhongya ink was moved to its present site.
In 2008, Suzhou Bloit Ink Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2009, the annual production capacity of Suzhou Bloit Ink Co., Ltd. exceeded 150,000 tons. The Group invested 35 million yuan to introduce the complete set of automatic production flow waters of Buhler, Germany.
In 2010, the gravure printing ink production line was put into production, which is a leading technology in Southeast Asia market.
In 2011, "formaldehyde-free, phenolic-free, zero VOC green ink" won 100 national innovation awards.
In 2013, Suzhou Zhongya Ink Co., Ltd. was certified as a national high-tech enterprise.
In 2014, Suzhou Bloit Ink Co., Ltd. was certified as a national high-tech enterprise.
In 2016, the Group acquired BoMan (Shanghai) Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. and established Suzhou BoMan Ink Technology Co., Ltd.
